For example, specialized medical platforms are really convenient: vacancies are collected in one place, and you can quickly filter offers by schedule and conditions. Recruiting agencies are also useful, especially if you want specialists to take on some of the organizational issues. But personally, direct appeals to clinics and hospitals helped me the most. I wrote to several institutions, clarified about possible substitutions, and in the end received real offers quite quickly. This approach shows employers your initiative and immediately creates contact. Therefore, I would advise combining all methods: use platforms, keep in touch with agencies and be sure to communicate directly with clinics. This increases the chances of finding a suitable option.
