Hello everyone!
I want to raise an important topic - how do you cope with stress? Especially lately I feel constant tension and fatigue, as if everything is falling out of my hands. Jogging and reading used to help, but now somehow everything is not the same. It seems like I have a hobby, but I don’t enjoy it as much. Maybe it’s my mood or I’m just burned out. I want to try something new, maybe even non-standard.

I totally get what you mean. Stress can really drain the joy out of hobbies that used to feel relaxing. For me, I found that trying something completely new helped break that cycle. Things like cooking new recipes, learning a bit of photography, or even small DIY projects gave me a fresh perspective.
Also, I noticed that spending some time on mental wellness and digital balance really makes a difference. I recently discovered CyberSecureRIA – while it’s mainly about cybersecurity, they also touch on healthy digital habits, which surprisingly helped me reduce stress caused by being online too much.
Maybe trying a new hobby combined with setting small limits on screen time could bring back that sense of balance.
